Happy Add-On Class registration day. I know many of us look forward to tonight all year. Here are a few last-minute reminders before the queue opens at 8 PM ET.

• Be on the CookieCon site a few minutes early. The queue will randomize everyone right at 8.
• Use more than one device if you can. Different types of devices sometimes load differently, so try a mix like PC, Mac, iPhone, Android, or iPad. Once you get your queue number, close the extras and stick with the best one.
• Have a couple backup classes ready for each Add-On time slot, like Wed AM, Wed PM, Thu AM, and Thu PM. Spots fill quickly, and having backup choices keeps everything calm and easy.

I am teaching only on Thursday this year, with a morning and afternoon session of my Hydrangea Garden Cookies class. No matter what classes you choose tonight, I hope you get every technique you want to learn.

I cannot wait for CookieCon and to see so many of you in June.

Add-On Class registration for CookieCon opens March 4 at 8 PM ET, so here are a few quick tips to help you prepare.

Tip 1: Make a top ten list.
Classes fill fast, so choose your favorites ahead of time. If one fills, you already know your next pick.

Tip 2: Be on the site before 8.
The queue randomizes everyone right at 8 PM ET. Being there a few minutes early helps everything load smoothly.

Tip 3: Use more than one device.
Open the site on different types of devices before 8, like a PC, Mac, iPhone, Android, or iPad. Once you get your queue number, close the extras and stay on the best one.

Tip 4: Pick classes for the techniques you want.
Even if you will not recreate the exact project, the skills you learn can be used in many future sets.

Tip 5: Check instructor schedules.
Some classes have only one or two sessions. My Hydrangea Garden Cookies class is Thursday only, with a morning and afternoon option.

I am so excited to finally share my @cookieconshow

I am so excited to finally share my @cookieconshow 2026 Add-On Class, Hydrangea Garden Cookies. This project brings together two things I love, cookie decorating and gardening. I have a little seed-starting corner in my home and I try my best to grow something new every year, so it felt natural to bring that inspiration into my CookieCon class.

In this hands-on class, we will decorate a three cookie set filled with texture, dimension, and mixed media techniques. You will work with moldable royal icing, edible lace, edible papers, watercolor, floral construction, and realistic wood textures. You only need basic piping and flooding skills to join. No floral or mixed media experience needed.

I will be teaching only on Thursday, which means there are two session options, Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon. Add-On Class registration opens March 4 at 8 PM ET, and spots always go fast, so have your top choices ready.
